Damaged or defective merchandise: If item received is damaged or defective, please head to contact WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving your product. We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a return, we will send you a shipping label to return the original product in the original box.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your original artwork or the frame of your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please head to the contacts page and leave a message WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving your artwork. We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a return, we will send you a shipping label to return the original artwork in original box.

All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable. If your print or the frame of your print has been damaged in transit, please head to the contacts page and leave a message WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving the print. We will request photos of the damages and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the print in its original box.
